Futures & Options on RTS, abbr. FORTS
FORTS is a futures market in Russia and the countries of East Europe on which trades of derivatives are carried out. This market is a joint project of RTS and stock exchange of "Saint-Petersburg". The project dates back to 2001.
As of today, FORTS offers an up-to-date trading platform for trading futures and options basis assests of which are stocks of Russian issuers, RTS index, bonds, currencies, gold, market prices on the oil of Urals brand.
Trades in FORTS are carried out in a high-technology trading system with use of FORTS terminal that has a flexible interface.
The features of FORTS is that a market participant of any category has the opportunity to work from his/her/its own terminal using both different systems of Internet trading and trading terminals provided by RTS.
Trading hours of FORTS: 10:30 am- 5:45 pm, 6:00 pm-11:50 pm. (Moscow time GMT +3).
